Bluffs Power Washing Notice (8/6 -8/13)

In an effort to maintain the beauty of your townhomes, power washing by Southern Outdoor Restoration is scheduled to begin washing units August 6, 2018, through August 13, 2018, weather permitting.

Refer HERE for the specific date your unit will be washed.

Please COMPLETELY clear your back patio and front porch entry areas (potted plants, patio furniture, decor, etc.), as we will be spraying a biodegradable mildewcide solution on your home at low pressure and completing a full fresh water rinse with fresh water. Please do not leave any windows open or cracked.  The Association will not be held responsible for any damaged items.

Pool Opening and Community Social

The weather is heating up… and that means pool season is coming soon!

The pool will officially open for the season on Saturday, May 13th.

Note that a “pool attendant” will be on-site this season during traditional busy periods (weekends / major holidays) to help ensure adherence to pool rules and common area guidelines in order to promote a safe, fun environment for all!

The HOA is also planning a community social event in the Cabana on Saturday, May 20th, from 4:30pm – 7:30pm.  Grilled fare and beverages will be available from 5-7pm, and we encourage residents to bring a side dish to share!  Looking forward to seeing everyone!

 

2016 Annual Meeting Dates Announced

Both the Silver Lake Bluffs and the Silver Lake Master Annual Meetings will occur on November 3rd.  The Bluffs meeting will start first at 6:00pm, followed by the Master meeting at 7:00pm.

The meetings will be held at the Omega Management office location below:

In addition to news and budget approvals, multiple positions on each Board are up for election/nomination.
