The following information is provided to help ensure the enjoyment of our common area facilities for Silver Lake residents and their guests. We request that everyone behave responsibly, respectfully, and mindful of their actions to ensure everyone has the freedom to enjoy the pool & common area space.

The 2022 pool season ended on September 26th, and thanks to our residents, it was a great pool season. The HOA will send notifications for pool opening and closing for 2023, including any updates as needed.

The 2022 pool information will remain below as reference for future – once we have updated information for next season the page will be updated.

Silver Lake does have a Pool Committee that advises the board and monitors pool use and maintenance needs. The new Pool Committee chair for 2023 is Patti McCallum. Residents can reach the Pool Committee by emailing: silverlakepoolcommittee@gmail.com.

Hours of Operation

When open for the season, the pool is open from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm or dusk, whichever is earlier.

The Cabana hours are 7:00 am – 12:000 am (midnight). Please be respectful of neighbors and adhere to local noise ordinances.

We ask that residents and their guests respect the common areas and their neighbors by following the community rules. The obligation of enforcing these rules and regulations, for the good of all homeowners, is placed in the hands of the residents. Failure to adhere to the rules for the Pool, Cabana, and Common Areas may result in suspension of privileges at the discretion of the Silver Lake Master Association Board.
