The Silver Lake community is governed by two home owner associations — the Silver Lake Master Association and the Silver Lake Bluffs Association.
The Silver Lake Master Association has responsibility for maintaining the ‘common elements’ that are considered shared by both sections (single-family homes and the town-home community) of the Silver Lake Community. Examples include, but are not limited to, maintenance of the pool, lake, and other ‘common’ areas such as the entryways to both communities and their related landscaping. All units within both the single-family home and the town-home section are governed via the Silver Lake Master Association.
In summary, units in the Silver Lake Bluffs town-home community are subject to the jurisdiction of two home owner association boards, whereas units in the single-family home section are subject to the jurisdiction of only the Silver Lake Master Association.
